PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

Who is eligible for the free share plan?

All permanent and seasonal employees on the payroll at the time of the grant will be eligible for
MyCDA, subject to length-of-service requirements.

The terms and conditions of participation have been adapted to suit the different employee profiles, so as to offer all Group employees, whether permanent or seasonal, the opportunity to receive these free shares every year.

Note: beneficiaries of performance share plans are not eligible for the MyCDA plan.

What are the eligibility conditions for permanent employees?

GRANT CONDITIONS:	DELIVERY OF SHARES AFTER 3 YEARS IF:
Be on the payroll at the grant date 2 years' seniority at the grant date	The employee's company is still directly or indirectly controlled by CDA SA, or, in the case of a Ski Areas, the Pubic Service Concession is still operated by an entity controlled by CDA SA at the vesting date. The employee is on the payroll at the vesting date

GRANT CONDITIONS:

DELIVERY OF SHARES AFTER 3 YEARS IF:

Be on the payroll at the grant date
2 years' seniority at the grant date

The employee's company is still directly or indirectly controlled by CDA SA, or, in the case of a Ski Areas, the Pubic Service Concession is still operated by an entity controlled by CDA SA at the vesting date.

The employee is on the payroll at the vesting date

What is the procedure for seasonal employees who do not benefit from the automatic renewal of their employment contract?

GRANT CONDITIONS:	DELIVERY OF SHARES AFTER 3 YEARS WITH no requirement to be present IF
Be on the payroll at the grant date Have worked within the Group at least 4 months and at least 50% of the time in each of the two financial years preceding the grant.	The employee's company is still directly or indirectly controlled by CDA SA, or, in the case of a Ski Areas, the Pubic Service Concession is still operated by an entity controlled by CDA SA at the vesting date.

How do seasonal employees benefit from automatic renewal of their employment contract?

GRANT CONDITIONS:	DELIVERY OF SHARES AFTER 3 YEARS IF
Be on the payroll at the grant date Have worked within the Group at least 4 months and at least 50% of the time in each of the two financial years preceding the grant.	The employee's company is still directly or indirectly controlled by CDA SA, or, in the case of a Ski Areas, the Pubic Service Concession is still operated by an entity controlled by CDA SA at the vesting date. The employee is on the payroll at the vesting date

How to benefit from free shares?

If you wish to receive the free shares, you must renew your commitment to the company by accepting the grant made by Compagnie des Alpes.
